Operational recommendations

Precinct list is built live from ingested SAPS data. Any registry station can be analysed on demand in the CHAT tab.
The brain runs live routing (OSRM), matches the corridor against ingested SAPS stats + daily intel, maps nearest police stations and hospitals, and returns primary / secondary / contingency routes with a full tactical plan.
